I made this crazy dessert for Andrew the other night. It consisted of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, macadamias, butterscotch ice-cream, chocolate ice-cream, crushed biscuits, home-made chocolate ganache and coconut flakes. He assured me it tasted good too :)
