This bag was actually a free gift with my perfume sampler purchase at Sephora. It is the perfect size for a phone, wallet and make-up, so it has a few possible uses. It would work fine as a clutch, but if anything it may be slightly too big. I think it would make a perfect make-up or travel bag, or even as a gift bag for a friend. I am not sure of the quality, but like I said it was free, so I can't complain :)
