Smoothie Recipe



Ingredients:

1 banana
2 cups of frozen berries
1/4 cup of apple mango Juice
1 cup fo natural unsweetened yogurt
170g tub of mango yogurt
1 tbl chopped mint
1 tbl lemon juice

Blend everything together and enjoy! This is not too sweet and just the right thickness for a proper smoothie. Delish :)
