I came up with this idea when Andrew and I weren't getting a lot of time together. It can really be used for anyone though, friends, family, pen pals even!
All you have to do is label each envelope with the "Open when..." phrase and fill in the rest.
Here are some examples for you:
...you miss me
...I am on holiday
...you are bored
...you are sad
...you need some happiness
...you are alone
...we have a fight
...you are hungry
...you are tired
