DIY Decorated Clear Clutch

Here is a cute and personalized craft I cam up with.

All you will need is:

- clear bags, I got mine from ebay
- sharpie marker
- a clean workpace

All you have to do is take to your bag with a marker, and then let it set over night! 

Any design you can think of, and can draw, is possible!
