- pack your suitcases: just the clothing will do, stuff you aren't wearing regularly
- get a haircut, waxing, fake tan: all unnecessary but good to do if you want to look fresh on your trip
- collect plastic bags: these will help with dirty clothes, organizing your suitcase and as rubbish bags on the trip
- email hotels: if you will be arrive late, or early, just to have piece of mind
