Breakfast Burritos!

I was quite hungry the other morning, and fruit and yogurt was just not going to cut it. I had a quick squize online, and realized I had all the ingredients for a heart breakfast burritos. This makes about 2 burritos, one for you and one for a friend!

Ingredients:
-wraps

-cheese
-eggs
-salsa
-garlic
-meat of choice (you can use chopped up chorizo for a more authentic flavour)
-veges (I used tomato, corn, capsaicin and red onion)
-seasonings/herbs/lemon juice (what ever floats your boat, chilli included!)

You will also need a sharp knife, cutting board, and a sandwich iron.

Start chopping: roughly chop all your veges and herbs. I used about 1/8th of my large capsaicin, a whole tomato with the center removed, 1/4th of a red onion, a whole tin of corn, and a handful of parsley.

Microwave eggs: these is the best method ever for making scrambled egges. Crack two eggs into a mircowave safe jug, add a dash a lemon juice, tea spoon of garlic and salt and pepper. Give it a good mix. Zap it for 45 seconds, stir, and then another 30 seconds. So quick and easy.

Wrap it up: look at that super cool editing I did so you can see  the topping yeah...oooh...ahh. Nice. Anyway, take your wrap. spoon on some salsa, then the meat, cheese, toppings and egg.  Aim for the middle of your wrap, slightly towards the top half.

Fold: fold your wrap in half, as shown, and then pull the sides in.

Cook: Place it in your sandwich iron for about 1 minute, or until you hear some sizzlin'.

Ta-dah! Enjoy your masterpiece!

Happy eating

xx
