DIY Gratitude Journal Part 2

You will need:
  • card stock, coloured
  • scissors
  • double sided tape
  • decorative notepaper, or stick for embellishment
  • a left over notebook, any size
  • washi or masking tape

Let's get going!

Step one: cut your notebook down. This is only if you love mini books like i do, if not skip ahead. Cut your inside pages down so they don't hang out, although this is optional. If you want to make this process SUPER easy, choose an already mini book.

Step two: choose your card stock, making sure it is big enough to cover the front and back cover. Again this is optional, if you like the design of your cover you can leave it (although it would not even up being much of a diy no would it?)

Step three: tape your spines. This is a MUST if you have cut your book down, or are re decorating the covers. Washi tape look cute in any pattern, but if you use masking tap just decorate it yourself with markers.

Step four: decorate your cover. This is the fun part. you can go sticker heave (as shown in my last post) or go for a more traditional design.

Finished! Now you are ready to appreciate each and every day.
